Fruits we've preserved:

Pears
Plums
Apples
Grapes
Cucumbers
Nectarines
Cumquats
Rhubarb
Quince

Preserving method:

Jam
Jelly
Poach
Pickle
Stew

Other materials:

Salt
Sugar
Honey
Gleaned bottles
Rain water
Piped gas

our lovely neighbour maria brought over some more quince today. so, being the son of a jam maker that i am, i had to get them on the stove whip-crack.
